We accept most insurances; however, due to the amount of different plans on multiple carriers, it is the responsibility of each patient to verify with their own insurance company whether or not their plan covers a particular healthcare provider.

**Important Notices**
- Blood work, pap smears, and cultures are sent to outside laboratories for processing. Charges for these tests are billed by the outside lab and not by Circle of Life. Be aware that these charges will be in addition to amounts quoted or charged by Circle of Life. If you have questions about a bill you have received from a lab, please contact them directly.
- If you are being seen for your annual exam, please note any non-preventative discussions, procedures, & treatments may be billed in addition to your preventative annual exam. Depending upon your insurance benefits, you may receive a separate bill for these non-preventative services.
