Kathy started in the nursing/medical field in 1971, working for several years doing staff nursing, orthopedic surgery, prenatal nursing, and NICU at McKay Dee Hospital. She was the Maternal Child Health Specialist for Davis County Health Department, then was an Assisting Professor of Nursing at Weber State University for ten years. Kathy worked as a CNM for the Weber County Health Department before coming over to Circle of Life Women’s Center in 1998.
Kathy enjoys working with women of all ages and with young families and children. She believes that, whenever possible, prevention is better than treatment.
Kathy has seven children, thirty-two grandchildren, and two great-granddaughters. She enjoys spinning, knitting, and bookmaking.
